Founder and President of IWI, Tina is a well-known network security consultant with over 15 years of experience administering and securing computer networks in corporate and government organizations. Prior to becoming a consultant she was the lead for the UNIX support team at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the "Star Wars" Program network.
A highly-rated speaker, Tina has been teaching at conferences such as Interop, SANS, USENIX, and the Internet Security conference, for over a decade. She covers topics such as Firewalls, Computer Attacks, System Administration Management, and sendmail and DNS Configuration.
Tina is active in the USENIX organization where she currently serves on the board of directors and as co-editor for ;login:, their technical magazine. She was a founding board member of the System Administrators Guild, SAGE, and is the author of the popular "Job Descriptions for System Administrators."
Tina obtained her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University
of California, Berkeley.
Terri Boyle
Terri is Business Manager for IWI. Her strengths of business acumen and financial expertise round out the IWI management team. Prior to joining IWI, Terri held positions at Silicon Graphics, LLNL, and Apple Computers. Terri earned her business degree from St. Mary's College of California.
